Congratulations to David Liu who placed second in the youth competition of the Northwest Guitar Festival. I am very proud of you! Players from Oregon, Washington State, Idaho, Alberta, and British Columbia participated and the seven semi-finalists were amazing! And congratulations to all those who stepped on stage and shared their talents. You are all heroes in my eyes. A special tip of the hat to all the instructors of these talented young men and women.
