FORMER STUDENT 

One of the toughest things about what I do is not always knowing the end of the story. I deeply love what I do but I often wonder how my time with a student has contributed to not only their love of and development in music, but their journey as a person. Then, out of the blue, usually at an incredibly opportune time, I hear from a former student... It not only makes my day, it reminds me of why I am here.

You may not remember me but I was a student of yours back in the 2005 - 2007 era, approximately. I just wanted to let you know that even though I never pursued an education or career in music, I still deeply enjoy playing guitar to this day. I appreciate the effort you put inot teaching me the basics of fingerstyle techniques and broadening my musical horizons.
